Insurance Litigation: Law Firm: 5+ yrs Call

This leading firm has one of the largest insurance litigation practices in the world. The London team is looking to recruit additional fee earner with solid insurance experience. Suitable candidates could be barristers with expertise in defendant personal injury, clinical negligence, property damage, product liability or reinsurance. A move to this firm would be a great career move for barristers of 5 or more years call who want to join a strong, friendly, market leading team undertaking top quality work.


Pensions Litigation: 3+yrs Call
This is an opportunity to join one of the longest established pension litigation practices in the City. Our client is widely recognised as one of the top rated in the pensions field and is led from the firm's distinguished dispute resolution practice.
Members of the team combine heavyweight litigation skills with true specialist knowledge of today's pensions industry. They undertake a broad range of pension-related disputes, from professional indemnity to scheme re-organisation, and have been involved in a number of landmark cases, many of which have led to important developments in the law.
The firm is seeking to recruit additional lawyers either barristers or solicitors; ideally, candidates will already have some experience of pensions litigation, but they are willing to consider and train non-contentious pensions lawyers providing they have a genuine interest in contentious work and are of the right calibre. They will also willing to consider top rate commercial litigation lawyers who are interested in specialising in pensions litigation. Essential attributes include excellent technical skills and the ability to analyse critically and communicate clearly.

Corporate Crime:Law firm- London
The Corporate Crime and Investigations team of this top City forms includes 60 experienced commercial and criminal defence lawyers, including barristers, specialist investigators and former senior employees of many of the regulatory authorities. With many years' experience of defending directors and companies in relation to corporate crime, they are the market leaders in crisis management and risk prevention.
Much of their work also has an international element and the team works closely with colleagues, both corporate crime and investigations experts and regulatory specialists, in other jurisdictions.
The team handles all types of investigations including those involving tax and accounting irregularities, corruption, bribery, fraud, cartels, price fixing and referrals from Audit Committees as well as dealing with raids, search and seizure, extradition and cross-border arrest warrants. They advise on the powers of all the main Regulators and how to deal with them, including HM Revenue & Customs, the FSA, OFT, SFO, DTI, Health & Safety Executive, Environment Agency, Competition Commission, Serious Organised Crime Agency, Police and overseas Regulators. It is highly experienced in defending allegations against, and prosecutions of, companies and individuals and is able to deal with all stages of the investigations. 
The firm is seeking an additional lawyer with four or more years of relevant  experience and are interested in barristers wishing to move fom chambers to an exiting City law firm environment.
